Bob Dylan opened a week-long series Thanksgiving concerts at the Beacon Theatre in New York City Monday Night. His opening act was Mavis Staples, who took no prisoners with her enthusiastic performance, which bridged her civil rights marches with Dr. Martin Luther King to the era of Trump.
